Sub-stantial sandwiches

Over the past month, I’ve been out eating sandwiches for today’s sub sandwich round-up in Ticket, which you can read right here . And yes, I’ve gained a few pounds. You’d have, too, if you’d eaten some of this stuff:

Yeah, yeah, I know: that last one isn’t exactly a sub, but it’s a great stand-in, from Twisted Sandwich in Woodinville, where they bake their own rolls. And yeah, yeah, I know I left out Salumi (love that place!). And your favorite banh mi shop. So feel free to complain right here (then get over to Lynnwood and try the banh mi at Yeh Yeh’s — if you can find it).

So, what else did I miss?
