If all goes as planned, by the time you read this I’ll be having lunch in Paris — on a trip that’s long overdue. While there, I’ll eat a croissant and some very ripe cheese in your honor, take in the sights with a group of KPLU listeners and report back soon after I return. I love Paris in the springtime. But unfortunately, my April trip got blown off, so to speak, by that pesky volcano — so I stayed home and read, instead.
