Hawktails recipe: Beastronessey

Beastronessey by Tommy Stearns of Suite 410 Bar in downtown Seattle 1 ounce Hennessey VS 1 ounce Patron Añejo 1/4 ounce Yellow Chartreuse 1/2 ounce apple juice 1/4 ounce maple syrup Shake and Strain into a bucket glass, add fresh ice and garnish with a Granny Smith apple twist.
