Bake’s Takes Jazz to Bellevue

Bake’s Place, the genial jazz supper club that started years ago in Craig Baker’s living room before it moved in 2003 to Issaquah’s Providence Point, is moving again, this time to downtown Bellevue. The new venue, located in the Columbia West building at 155 108 Ave. N.E., is scheduled to open in spring, 2012 with dinner shows six nights a week. The move marks a change to a more eclectic format that will include jazz, blues, R & B, Latin, world music and singer-songwriter fare.
