Get your ‘Ring’ fix on Wednesday

If you can’t wait for Seattle Opera’s August 2013 production of “Der Ring des Nibelungen,” or you just want to practice sitting still for it, you may be interested in the latest from the Metropolitan Opera’s HD film series. Seattle’s Thornton Place and Oak Tree 6 movie theaters will show Robert Lepage’s production of “Das Rheingold” at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday. The series continues with “Die Walkure” on May 14, “Siegfried” on May 16 and “Gotterdammerung” on May 19. Details and participating theaters here.
