David Brin discusses “Existence” – the truth is out there, somewhere…

David Brin is a science fiction author who writes big, brain-teasing novels. His new one, “Existence,” imagines some spectacular developments when humans intersect with an extraterrestial intelligence.

On tonight’s edition of “Well Read,” the books-and-authors show on state public access channel TVW, host Terry Tazioli picks Brin’s brain on several out-of-this-world topics. It airs at 7 and 10 p.m. Or you can watch it here:

Later in the program I chime in with a list of “first contact” novels, including “War of the Worlds” and “The Sparrow.” You can also get that list on the Well Read blog.
