Lesley Hazleton’s “The First Muslim” – a life of Muhammad

Tonight “Well Read,” the books and authors television show on state public affairs network TVW, hosts Lesley Hazleton, the Seattle author of “The First Muslim: The Story of Muhammad.” Hazleton, a longtime author and scholar who lived and worked for years in the Mideast, has crafted a beautifully written story of Islam’s founder, a worthy introduction to the life of an incredibly influential man.

“Well Read” airs at 7 and 10 p.m. tonight on TVW, or you can watch it here:
