Friday night brings one of SIFF 2013’s most interesting events to The Triple Door: It’s the band The Maldives playing a live score to the 1928 Lillian Gish film, “The Wind.”

That’s about par for the course for The Triple Door, a venue that hosts an eclectic range of Americana, blues, folk, jazz and cabaret music. In a nod to the club’s adventurous programming, ArtsPage is giving away one $100 gift certificate to be used toward tickets or food. To enter the contest, answer this week’s ArtsPage trivia question by noon Friday, June 7: “How did The Triple Door get its name?”

Search for the correct answer — or just make up one of your own. (We don’t really care how you do it; creativity counts.) Send your answer by noon Friday to ArtsPage honcho Melissa Davis at mdavis@seattletimes.com. She and her fellow editors will choose a winner and notify him or her via email Friday afternoon.
