From Seattle Times arts writer Michael Upchurch:

At noon on Saturday, June 22, Seattle gallerists Greg Kucera (Greg Kucera Gallery) and Phen Huang (Foster/White Gallery) will conduct a free tour of “Alden Mason: In Memoriam 1919-2013,” a terrific retrospective of the Washington artist on display at Wright Exhibition Space through June 30. They’ll be offering “insights into the general range of Mason’s work, information about specific paintings and series, and observations about this methods and styles.” They’ll also touch on his personal life and his career as a University of Washington professor of art. Kucera’s gallery represented Mason from 1983 to 1996, and Foster/White has represented him since 2002. Wright Exhibition Space, 407 Dexter Ave. N., Seattle.
