Microsoft-Yahoo: Swapping Marvin Gardens and Baltic Avenue
The Yahoo-Microsoft saga is starting to feel like the last 15 minutes of a Monopoly game.
You know who will probably win, but everyone’s wheeling and dealing and dragging it out.
In this round of Internet Monopoly, Google has Boardwalk and Park Place.
Microsoft has the reds and yellows, the most cash and its eye on Yahoo’s green stretch that begins with Pacific Avenue.
Will it make any difference if they trade railroads and utilities for Baltic Avenue or St. Charles Place?
Is the game still on, or is this just prolonging the inevitable?
