Wetpaint’s “Injected” now broadly available

After an extended beta period that began in May, Seattle’s Wetpaint today is announcing general availability of its “Injected” social publishing tools.

The service has been available for a while — Flixstr has installed it on more than 750,000 pages, for instance — but until today it still required Wetpaint’s involvement to install, a spokesman explained.

Even with additional automation, the service remains free for the first 100,000 impresssions per month, before Wetpaint requires a subscription agreement.

Other sites using Injected so far include NuWire Investor, Freewebs, IGN, Pathable, Mixxer, AvantBride, BabyBoom Review and CoolChaser, the release said.
