CES 2011: T-Mobile announces “G-Slate” Android tablet

LAS VEGAS — T-Mobile USA is getting into the tablet game with a new Android-powered tablet called the “G-Slate,” which is set to be released “in coming months.”

The tablet, made by LG, runs the upcoming “Honeycomb” version of Google’s Android operating system.

The companies announced the tablet today but didn’t provide pricing or other details.
