Opscode names Mitch Hill CEO

Seattle enterprise startup Opscode has named Mitch Hill its new chief executive, taking the place of co-founder Jesse Robbins.

Hill was the founding chief executive of Seattle tech services firm Avenade until he stepped down in 2008.

Robbins is now the chief community officer at Opscode, working on the community using Opscode and its “Chef” framework for automating cloud infrastructure.
