Seattle Zynga boss Roseman leaves

The head of Zynga’s Seattle office has left the company, according to an AllThingsD report.

Neil Roseman, an Amazon.com veteran and former head of Paul Allen-backed Evri, left earlier this month in part because he wanted to spend more time with family and less time traveling to Zynga’s main office in San Francisco.

Roseman was hired a year ago as a vice president to establish and lead Zynga’s office in Pioneer Square.

Microsoft veteran Jim Veevaert now heads the studio, according to AllThingsD. Veevaert’s LInkedIn profile lists him as general manager of the Seattle studio.
