Cloud integration: Hubspan sold to Liaison

Seattle cloud services provider Hubspan was sold to Atlanta-based Liaison, the companies announced today.

Both companies provide online software integration services. Hubspan gives Liaison new technologies, channel partners and customers in industries such as biotech, financial services and wholesale distribution and manufacturing.

Hubspan was founded in 2000 by Microsoft and Concur veteran Andrew Dent. The company now has 60 employees and will remain in Seattle.

Liaison is a global business and one of Georgia’s fastest growing tech companies, with sales growing 165 percent over the plast three years. Last year it received a $30 million investment from Merck’s Global Health Innovation Fund.

The sale price wasn’t disclosed.
