Now we know why Satya Nadella had so much faith in the corporate compensation system, at least until he was schooled on wage disparity at the Grace Hopper Celebration a few weeks ago.

That includes the estimated value of long-term stock awards.
It’s a breathtaking raise but he’s still a pauper compared with the last two guys who sat in his chair.
