AP poll for week 6

Some notes on this week’s poll:

-The top spots remain the same, although you can tell in Class 3A that Kamiakin’s scoreless streak (five games and running) is getting noticed. Kamiakin has another first-place vote this week and is only four points behind No. 1 Lakes.

-Evergreen of Vancouver (ninth in 4A), Kentwood (10th in 4A), Kennewick (10th in 3A), W.F. West (10th in 2A), Cashmere (10th in 1A), and South Bend (10th in 2B) make their debuts this week.

-Big Friday night in 4A, with top-ranked Bothell playing No. 8 Woodinville at Pop Keeney and Edmonds-Woodway playing Kamiak at Goddard.

-In 3A, Kamiakin plays Kennewick on Friday night, and on Saturday night, No. 4 O’Dea plays No. 9 Eastside Catholic at Newport.

-In 2A, No. 4 Pullman plays at No. 9 Colville on Friday night.
