New football rankings

Very few changes this week; in fact, the top 10 in Class 3A stays exactly the same. In Class 4A, Ferris wins by 35, so it’s hard to keep them out of the top spot. Eastlake drops a couple spots after a close loss to Bothell (the blog by exceptional photographer Rod Mar is essential viewing for anyone who was at the game; no one captured the game-changing fumble better).

Federal Way makes its debut after a 49-33 victory against Decatur. The Eagles don’t have much time to celebrate. They play Kentridge on Thursday, and they can clinch the SPSL 4A North with a victory.
