AP boys basketball poll

An important thing to remember about the poll: some voters turn in their votes on Tuesday, even though the voting deadline isn’t until Wednesday. (Your trusted voter always waits until late Tuesday night or early Wednesday morning). So, for instance, for many, Decatur’s win against Kentwood on Tuesday wasn’t a factor. Or Kennedy’s win against Mt. Rainier. So please take that into account when looking at the poll.

Records provided by the Associated Press. First-place votes in parentheses.
