Best Game You’ve Ever Seen Live

Untimely, sorry, but I wanted to get this one out there before it exited my brain forever:

What’s the best high school game you’ve ever seen in person?

The criteria:

-Must be a high school game/event.

-It can be any sport — team or individual.

-It could have occurred any time in the last 100 years.

-It must involve at least one Washington team (unless you have a too-good-to-mention game from elsewhere).

That should do it.

Well? The best game you’ve ever seen? Do tell in the comments.

Morning stars:

1. Anna Miller, Garfield, volleyball. Had 12 kills in Bulldogs’ 3-0 sweep of Ingraham. The senior has 30 kills through three games, all Garfield sweeps. She was recently named a National Merit Scholar, too.

2. Nikki Conley, Woodinville, volleyball. The 5-foot-10 junior had 17 kills, 17 digs, 18 assists and three aces in Falcons’ 3-2 win over Inglemoor.

3. Ryan Strandin, Bear Creek, soccer. Had four goals and an assist as Bear Creek beat Shoreline Christian 5-1.
