1. Ray Purviance, Snohomish, football. With a home game next week — and in some situations, a playoff spot at all — on the line, Purviance led Snohomish with 227 yards rushing on 36 carries. He scored five nimes. The Panthers, with a 49-48 win against Lake Stevens, will play at home next week.
2. Cameron Sandquist, Redmond, football. The ‘Stangs got their second win of the year behind Sandquist’s record-breaking night. He set school records for season receptions (66) and yards (940) with a 12-catch, 209-yard night. He caught a 45-yard touchdown.
3. Armin Basic, Renton, football. In a game Renton needed to win against Highline, Basic led the Indians to a shutout with 14 tackles — six for loss. The Indians clinched the third seed in the Seamount League.
