Tuesday Morning Stars

1. Mokun Fajemisin, Lynnwood, girls basketball. Fajemisin led Lynnwood to an overtime win against Shorecrest with a game-high 23 points. The Royals won 53-48.

2. Kristin Stoffel and Erin Feeney, Jackson, girls basketball. Both Stoffel and Feeney scored 20 points apiece to lead Jackson to a 66-54 victory against Mariner. On Mariner’s side, Brittany Ruscha continues to dominate; she had 20 points and 24 rebounds.

3. Orlie Golan, Northwest Yeshiva, girls basketball. Golan scored 31 points in a 59-49 victory against Tulalip Heritage.

TONIGHT’S BIG GAME

Garfield at Inglemoor, boys basketball, 7:30 p.m. It’s Tony Wroten’s first KingCo game of the season after being re-enrolled at Garfield High, and Inglemoor plays some tough defense and will try to slow him and the top-ranked Bulldogs down. Another great one: Auburn at Kentwood, 7:30 p.m.
