Girls basketball rankings

Sorry for the delay (it’s been a hectic day), but here are the lastest girls basketball rankings. Kentwood gets the No. 1 spot in 4A after Lewis and Clark lost to Mead the other night. Some say the Conquerors should have been there all along anyway, and with a state berth already clinched, they’ll have a shot next week to show if they are the best in the state.

Jackson is out after losing to Oak Harbor and Issaquah jumps back in (could just as easily been Eastlake — and those two square off Friday, so we’ll see if that was the right choice.

Lots of movement in 3A. Bainbridge, No. 4 last week, dropped two straight but still has a spot in the top-10 — for now. Meadowdale is out after losing to Glacier Peak. The No. 10 spot was up for grabs between Mercer Island and Bonney Lake. You can see who won that coin flip below.

Some great games this week with state berths on the line, so get out and catch some action — and let me know who is over- or under-rated.
