State baseball rankings (5/4)

I have some newspaper assignments I must get to today, so I apologize to do this so briefly, but here are this week’s baseball rankings:

Class 4A

1. Richland 16-2

2. Puyallup 16-2

3. University (Spokane) 16-1

4. Olympia 17-1

5. Tahoma (Maple Valley) 16-2

6. Marysville-Pilchuck 16-2

7. Redmond 16-3

8. Southridge (Kennewick) 14-4

9. Lake Washington (Kirkland) 12-4

10. Heritage (Vancouver) 13-4

On the radar: Central Valley, Emerald Ridge, Kelso, Kennewick, Kentwood, Moses Lake, Mountlake Terrace, Shorewood, Skyline, Snohomish, Woodinville.

Class 3A

1. Eastside Catholic (Sammamish) 13-3

2. Liberty (Issaquah) 15-3

3. Timberline (Lacey) 16-2

4. Bishop Blanchet 13-4

5. Prairie (Brush Prairie) 16-4

6. O’Dea 10-4
