State softball rankings — Week seven

Only a few changes in this week’s rankings, thanks to losses by University of Spokane in 4A (to Central Valley, which moves up from No. 9 to No. 6 — and probably should be higher) and Kennedy in 3A (to a red-hot Mount Rainier team, which is back on my watch list.

We’ll find out a lot more this week as tournament play begins in most areas.
