South Sound Classic on tap Tuesday-Wednesday

Six girls teams and four boys teams are featured in the 2010 South Sound Classic at today (Tuesday) and Wednesday at Saint Martin’s University in Lacey.

The girls field includes Lakes of suburban Tacoma, ranked No. 7 in Class 3A, along with Franklin and Bonney Lake.

On the boys side, you can see Federal Way (No. 10 in 4A) and Lakes (No. 5 in 3A).

Here’s the schedule:

Tuesday, Dec. 21

Game 1: Franklin vs. Lakes, 1 p.m. (girls)

Game 2: Black Hills vs. Lincoln, 2:45 p.m. (girls)

Game 3: River Ridge vs. Bonney Lake, 4:30 p.m. (girls)

Game 4: Prairie vs. Lakes, 6:15 p.m. (boys)

Game 5: River Ridge vs. Federal Way, 8 p.m. (boys)

Wednesday, Dec. 22

Game 6: Bonney Lake vs. Lincoln, 1 p.m. (girls)

Game 7: Black Hills vs. Lakes, 2:45 p.m. (girls)

Game 8: River Ridge vs. Franklin, 4:30 p.m. (girls)

Game 9: Game 4 loser vs. Game 5 loser, 6:15 p.m. (boys)

Game 10: Game 4 winner vs. Game 5 winner, 8 p.m. (boys)
