Some girls basketball highlights from Thursday night

Here’s a girls basketball performance we haven’t seen from anyone for a while — a triple-double, which Rachel Staudacher posted Thursday night in Cedar Park christian’s 48-27 victory over Vashon. She put together 24 points on nine-of-17 shooting (including a three-pointer), 11 assists and 10 steals.

Charlotte Kehoe scored 11 for Vashon.

And I’ll follow with highlights from some of the other girls games:

Everett 58, Oak Harbor 42

Everett’s Sydney Rielly made nine of 11 free throws en-route to a game-high 23 points. Aliyah Davis added 10 points. Oak Harbor got 17 from Clarissa Abadesco.

Lynnwood 66, Meadowdale 55

The Royals, ranked No. 9 in Class 3A, bounced back from a loss to Shorecrest as Mokun Fajemisin hit 16 while Jasmin Edwards and Arsenia Ivanov had 11 apiece. Oak Harbor’s Margreet Barhoum led all scorers with 23 and teammate Bianca Landa added 15.

Glacier Peak 63, Mountlake Terrace 45

A 23-5 second quarter put GP in control. Katie Hawkins finished with 21 points, while Becca Smith scored 14 and Torrey Hill 10. Mountlake Terrace was led by Maddy Kristjanson (15) and Christine Lotz (11).

Emerald Ridge 44, Puyallup 34
