Girls 4A and 3A quarterfinals nearly set

We are hours away from completing Thursday’s quarterfinal pairings for the Class 4A and 3A state girls basketball tournaments at the Tacoma Dome. There are four more loser-out games today (Saturday) in both classifications.

Here’s how those quarterfinals are shaping up, and I’ll update this later today.

Class 3A

Thursday

9 a.m. — Glacier Peak vs.Eastmont-Kamiakin winner

10:30 a.m. — Prairie vs. Timberline-Kennedy Catholic winner

12:15 p.m. — Holy Names vs. Wilson-Lakeside winner

2 p.m. — North Central vs. Auburn Mountainview-Mercer Island winner

Class 4A

Thursday

3:45 p.m. — Lake Stevens vs.Gonzaga Prep-Chiawana winner

5:30 p.m. — Federal Way vs. Mount Tahoma-Mount Rainier winner

7:15 p.m. — Woodinville vs. South Kitsap-Bellarmine Prep winner

9 p.m. — Lewis and Clark vs. Edmonds-Woodway-Kentwood winner
