High-school baseball highlights from Tuesday

Here are Tuesday’s high-school baseball highlights from the few games schools could actually get in with all the rain.

Lake Stevens 10, Lynnwood 5

J.T. Cox went 2 for 4 with a double and two runs scored for Lake Stevens. Blake Lord and Jordan Silva homered for Lynnwood.

Eastside Catholic 19, Bishop Blanchet 0

Eastside Catholic could be headed for the Class 3A top 10 after a big win against No. 6 Blanchet.

Jeff Bohling was 4 for 5 with a triple and five RBI. Matt Wenzinger was 4 for 4 with a homer and five RBI.

Kyle Larson improved to 3-0, scattering five hits and striking out six over five scoreless innings.

Auburn Mountainview 7, Decatur 0

Shawn Guinn struck out eight during a complete-game one hitter.

Glacier Peak 14, Meadowdale 6

Tim Peruchini was 4 for 5 with a home run, a double, three RBI and three runs scored for Glacier Peak, while Dane Larson drove in four runs.

Tyler Ackerman homered for Meadowdale.

Oak Harbor 11, Shorecrest 1

Ryan Byrne, Yale Rosen and Sam Wolfe all homered for Oak Harbor.

Byrne also doubled twice and Sam Glavick had a pair of doubles and drove in three runs.

Shorewood 2, Snohomish 1

Trevor Mitsui homered for Shorewood and Henry McAree allowed one run (unearned) on four hits over six innings. He also struck out eight.

White River 18, Washington 1

Tim Kolisch went 3 for 3 with a homer, three RBI and four runs scored for White River. He also picked up the win, allowing one run on three hits over four innings. He struck out eight.
