Lacrosse still not a WIAA sanctioned sport

We just got results from the WIAA Representative Assembly voting on a variety of proposed ammendments.

The two I was most interested in involved the addition of boys and girls lacrosse. Both measures failed decisively. The vote to add boys lacrosse received none of the 35 votes, while the vote for girls lacrosse was 33-2 against.

One other note of interest — there will be a running clock in the second half of football games with a 40-point differential.
