Shorewood’s Blake Snell signs with Tampa Bay

Shorewood’s Blake Snell signed a contract with Tampa Bay June 17. The 6-foot-4 left-hander was drafted by the Rays with the 52nd pick in this year’s draft.

Snell is currently listed on the roster of the Gulf Coast League Rays, which opened the season Monday.
