Catching up with Skyline QB Max Browne

I spent some time out at Skyline High School Monday afternoon, watching Spartans quarterback Max Browne train with Taylor Barton during a Barton Football Academy workout.

It was a good chance to get some video of the junior throwing in addition to asking him about his summer and the recruiting process.

As a sophomore, Browne led Skyline to the Class 4A title game. This year, the Spartans will once again be one of the favorites to return to the Tacoma Dome.

During his first year as the starting quarterback, Browne threw for 4,182 yards and 50 touchdowns.
