Monday’s boys high-school basketball highlights

Here is a look back at the boys high-school basketball highlights from Monday night.

Lahainaluna Invitational

Redondo Union (Calif.) 40, Mount Si 36

Anthony McLaughlin scored 10 points to lead the Wildcats, who dropped a close game at a tournament in Hawaii.

Mission Prep Christmas Classic

Taft (Calif.) 54, Seattle Prep 46

D.J. Fenner scored 13 points, while Mitch Brewe added nine for Seattle Prep, which couldn’t knock off the two-time defending tournament champions.

The Panthers will play for third place at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Non-tournament games

Bellevue 62, Liberty 42

Michael Carlson scored a game-high 18 points, while Jackson Rezab and Cole Walton added 10.

Tynan Gilmore scored 16 points for Liberty.

Cedarcrest 65, Interlake 63

Zach Taylor (13 points), Nick Cardon (12) and Hunter Lee (12) helped Cedarcrest knock off Interlake.

Sam Shank led the Saints with 17.
