Thursday’s boys hoops highlights

Here is a look back at the high-school boys basketball highlights from Thursday night.

Puyallup 45, Rogers 44, OT

Bailey Hunter scored a game-high 15 points, leading Puyallup past Rogers in overtime.

Stanwood 57, Jackson 53

Two days after knocking off No. 4 Snohomish, Jackson fell to Stanwood. Cannen Roberson led the Spartans with 24 points.

Jason Todd scored 21 for Jackson, while Dan Kingma added 15.

Arlington 60, Mariner 54

Mariner’s Byek Tutlam scored a game-high 34 points, but it wasn’t enough against Arlington.

Terry Dawn led the Eagles with 26 points.

Kamiak 72, Lake Stevens 60

Imaan Vincente scored 23 and Anthony Berg and Nicholas Kussman added 11 points apiece in Kamiak’s win over Lake Stevens.

Moussa Smith finished with 17 points for Lake Stevens.

Marysville-Pilchuck 56, Cascade 50

Conner Martinis scored a game-high 21 points for Marsyville-Pilchuck.

Steve Gallardo finished with 17 points for Cascade.

Monroe 58, Edmonds-Woodway 57

Monroe’s Terrence Day scored 25 points, helping the Bearcats edge Edmonds-Woodway.

Grant Pattison led the Warriors with 14 points.

King’s 57, Archbishop Murphy 55

King’s Christian Taylor finished with 21 points in the Knights’ win.

Cedarcrest 65, South Whidbey 57

Sam Lee scored 24 points and Zach Comfort added 15, but South Whidbey fell to Cedarcrest.

Zach Taylor scored 19 for the Red Wolves.

Granite Falls 71, Coupeville 28

Shawn Madigan dropped in 27 points to lead Granite Falls.
