K Kast: An arena deal? That’s Lin-sane

If you’re a basketball fan in Seattle, it’s hard to control your emotions right now. A new arena deal, and the NBA team it likely brings, seems so close, yet so far. We’ll know more today, but it’s exciting.

One half of the K Kast, Steve Kelley, interviewed Chris Hansen Wednesday, so we spent part of the show — which was recorded before Thursday’s press conference — talking about San Francisco hedge-fund manager who is trying to bring an arena, and the NBA, back to Seattle.

We also spent some time talking about New York Knicks sensation Jeremy Lin.

Shawn Kemp also chimes in on Lin during this week’s Reignman Rant and, as always, he has a few great stories to share. The best one this week is when he talks about nicknaming one of the game’s best dunkers “Antique.”
