Friday’s high-school baseball highlights

The high-school baseball season has arrived, even if the weather would indicate otherwise. Here is the season’s first highlights post.

Eastside Catholic 4, Skyline 3

Braden Wolgamott drove in a run in Eastside Catholic’s 4-3 win over Skyline.

Clayton Huber and Matt Sinatro drove in one run apiece for the Spartans.

Graham-Kapowsin 5, Gig Harbor 0

Graham-Kapowsin’s Kyle Thompson struck out four over 4 2/3 scoreless innings in a win over Gig Harbor.

Logan Wood doubled and drove in a run for the Eagles, while Brandon Santos tripled.

Puyallup 10, Central Kitsap 0

Tyler Devanney went 3 for 3 with a pair of doubles and three RBI in Puyallup’s win, while Lee Larson tripled twice, drove in a run and scored three times.

Bishop Blanchet 13, Kamiak 3

Bishop Blanchet’s Eric Kimpton doubled and drove in four runs, while Connor Celli doubled and drove in three.

Beamer 10, Decatur 0

Dallin Havili went 3 for 4 with three RBI, while Lawyer Braun finished 2 for 4 with a double and three RBI as Beamer blanked Decatur.

Auburn Mountainview 3, Stadium 2

Auburn Mountainview’s Nick Brooks went 3 for 3 with a double and two RBI in a win over Stadium.

Enumclaw 3, Federal Way 2

Enumclaw’s Bryce Peterson struck out five over three innings pitched, helping the Hornets hold off Federal Way.
