Tuesday’s high-school boys soccer highlights

There was plenty of action on the pitch Tuesday, and here are the highlights:

Jefferson 1, Kentwood 1

TJ took the lead on a goal by Brandon Madsen, but Eli Peterson tied it 10 minutes later.

Curtis 3, Beamer 2

Kenny Sweet scored the Vikings’ first two goals, and Tre Rose (who assisted on the first) added the third as they took a 3-0 lead. Beamer’s goal-scorers were not reported.

Spanaway Lake 1, Graham-Kaposwsin 1

Alex Vuniga scored in the 17th minute for the Sentinels and it stood up until Brandyn Johnson found the net in the 69th minute.

Kentlake 1, Auburn Riverside 0

Isaac Ferrer recorded the shutout. The only scoring was an an own-goal.

Mount Rainier 3, Kent-Meridian 1

Quinn Evans scored one goal and assisted on another for the Rams.

Puyallup 10, Bethel 1

Christian Rath recorded a hat-trick and added one assist, while Clint Absher scored twice. Brad Macdougall contributed one goal and two assists.

Edmonds-Woodway 1, Ballard 0

Vicente Ochoa accounted for the game’s only goal.

Skyline 2, Mariner 1

Pedro Miola and Jason Twaddle found the net for the Spartans. Mariner’s goal-scorer was not reported.

Seattle Prep 1, Jackson 0

Will Trogdon’s unassisted goal in the 17th minute was the difference.

Chief Sealth 4, Rainier Beach 2

Aden Fidow scored twice for the Seahawks, while Mori Tsuchiya supplied a goal and an assist.

Bainbridge 4, Lakeside 1

The Spartans got one goal apiece from Connor Winship, Jason Dick, Peter Fawley and Sam Rice. Lakeside’s goal-scorer not reported.

Ingraham 11, West Seattle 0

Biniam Sessahale logged three goals and an assist, while Ari Munkhbat scored twice and Austen Dowell contributed a goal and an assist. Dermot Creegan added a pair of assists. Colton Westmark shared the shutout with James Smith and also assisted on the final goal.

Marysville Getchell 3, Mountlake Terrace 0

Javier Gomez Mora-Rey (two goals, one assist) and Jesus Valenzuela (one goal, two assists) did all of the offensive damage and Anurag Cheema supplied the shutout.

Shorecrest 4, Oak Harbor 0

Ben Schoedle booted in two goals, while Axel Wickstrom put in one and assisted on two. Miles Yates logged the shutout.

Lincoln 1, Auburn Mountainview 1

Emmanuel Saah salvaged the tie for the Lions.

Liberty 2, Hazen 2

Jordan Lewison had both Hazen goals off feeds from Sam Bunnell. Liberty’s goal-scorer’s not reported.

Mercer Island 2, Kennedy Catholic 0

Alex Wood accounted for the only goal the Islanders needed (the other was an own-goal) as Sam Miller was good for the shutout.

Eastside Catholic 1, Franklin 0

Garrett de Cilla got the goal and Spencer Spears supplied the shutout.

O’Dea 8, Cleveland 0

Eight different players scored for the Irish, but Holton Halfaker piled up four assists. Kevin Stordal, Pat Davis and Michael Lopez Shaw each had a goal and an assist. Rick Lum earned the shutout.

Decatur 2, Capital 1

Michael Klavuhn and Alex Donovan scored unassisted goals for the Gators.

Meadowdale 1, Everett 0

Chris Prasanna punched in the lone goal and Patrick Gove made it stand up.

Sequim 2, Washington 1

Alvis Ramirez accounted for the Patriot’s goal, while Sequim’s pair came from Lijah Stanford and Iron Rings.

Cedar Park Christian (Bothell) 1, Bush 0

Daniel Christianson held Bush scoreless and Conner MacDonald had the winning goal.

Bellevue Christian 2, University Prep 2

Doug Close scored first for Bellevue Christian, then U-Prep went up on goals by Jack Kelly and Rhys Hyatt before Andy Yun tied it again.
