Wednesday’s high-school boys soccer highlights

Here are the highlights from the high-school boys soccer matches reported to The Times Wednesday:

Tahoma 2, Kentridge 1

After Kentridge took the lead on a goal by Andrew Johnson, the Bears bounced back with goals from Mac Henderson and Jordan Downing.

Emerald Ridge 1, Rogers 0

Cody Jewett kept the Rams scoreless and Luke Munizza punched in the lone goal.

Garfield 2, O’Dea 2

Michael Lopez-Shaw and Holton Halfaker provided the O’Dea goals. Garfield’s goal-scorers were not reported.

Ballard 1, Franklin Pierce 1

Sam Zisette’s penalty kick gave Ballard the early lead, but Sawyer Webster’s late goal knotted it up.

Bishop Blanchet 2, Woodinville 0

Anderson Hirst and Andy Newman supplied the goals and Demetre Skepetaris delivered the shutout.

Sammamish 5, Tyee 1

Connor Robertson came up with a goal and two assists, while John Henry Therriault contributed one of each.

Auburn Mountainview 1, Lake Washington 1

Deyliv Sanchez salvaged the tie after the Kangs gave up an own goal.

Cascade Christian 1, Eatonville 0

Tanner Premo logged the shutout and Andrei Dyson accounted for the goal.

Seattle Academy 3, Bellevue Christian 2

Niall O’Down had two goals, including the game-winner in the back-and-forth contest.

Overlake 7, King’s 1

Jesse Klug put together three goals and two assists, while Gavin Mackinlay had two goals and one assist. Cole Kenworthy contributed one of each.

Archbishop Murphy 5, Vashon Island 0

Alex Kramer was one of five Wildcats to score and also logged an assist.
