K Kast: Huskies, more hoops and early morning baseball

It has been more than a month since our last episode. Between vacations and spring training, it has been a while since both members of the K Kast have been in Seattle at the same time to make the short trip down Queen Anne Ave. to Oskar’s Kitchen to meet with the Reignman.

But we’re back, and sure this week’s show is worth the wait, featuring a heavy dose of Shawn Kemp talking about everything from Washington basketball to Nate McMillan and even Ichiro and the Mariners.

The show opens with a conversation about Washington’s 68-67 loss to Minnesota in the NIT semifinals at Madison Square Garden and transitions into a look at point guard Tony Wroten’s future with the program.

When Kemp joins the show, the fun really starts with the former Sonics star sharing stories in a way only he can.

We hope you enjoy it. Thanks for listening.
