Monday’s high-school boys soccer highlights

Here is a look back at Monday’s high-school boys soccer action:

Emerald Ridge 7, Bethel 0

Justin Burgher finished with a hat trick, while Jakob Smith added two goals in Emerald Ridge’s win over Bethel.

Federal Way 4, Puyallup 0

Federal Way’s Colin Kim finished with a goal and an assist and Ben Willis recorded the shutout.

Kentwood 4, Auburn 0

Chris Kubeja finished with a shutout in Kentwood’s win.

Tahoma 4, Jefferson 3

Brandon Madsen scored twice for Jefferson, while Logan Young finished with a two-goal night for Tahoma.

Jordan Downing scored the game-winner for the Bears in the 75th minute.

Kent-Meridian 2, Kentridge 2

Kent-Meridian’s Ning Aung scored twice for Kent-Meridian, but it was J.J. Schmeck’s second goal in the 80th minute that preserved a tie for Kentridge.

Kentlake 3, Mount Rainier 2

Brian Shelton finished with a goal and an assist in Kentlake’s win over Mount Rainier.

Edmonds-Woodway 2, Stanwood 1

Sofian Mahmoud scored both goals for Edmonds-Woodway, leading the Warriors past Stanwood.

Kamiak 3, Marysville-Pilchuck 1

Will Choi scored goals in the 41st and 44th minutes of Kamiak’s win over Marysville-Pilchuck.

Snohomish 4, Jackson 2

Reilly Cross finished with a hat trick for Snohomish, while Brady Witsoe added a pair of goals for Jackson.

Enumclaw 1, Auburn Mountainview 0

Enumclaw’s Hogan Olafson scored the game’s only goal on an assist from Kevin Koehn.

Bonney Lake 5, Lakes 1

Dalton Ogdon and Tyler John scored two goals apiece in Bonney Lake’s win.

University Prep 6, Cedar Park Christian (Bothell) 0

Blaine Thompson finished with a hat trick and Talossa Hassan scored twice and had an assist in University Prep’s win.
