Here are highlights from the sparse high-school softball games reported to The Times Thursday:
Woodinville 4, Wilson 0
A nice win for the Falcons, ranked No. 2 in Class 4A, over the Rams, ranked No. 6 in 3A. Madi Schreyer tossed the two-hit shutout, striking out 10 and walking two. She also tripled. Laruen Burchak went 3-for-3 with two RBI.
Inglemoor 10, Issaquah 0 (5 innings)
Bella Montoya allowed just one hit, striking out six and helped herself out by going 2-for-3 with a home run, two RBI and two runs scored for the No. 10 Vikings. She also got offensive support from Shelby Johnson (3-for-3, triple, two RBI) and Holly Sandborg (2-for-3, double, two runs).
Tahoma 9, Auburn 6
Jordan Walley keyed the victory for the No. 9 Bears, going the distance on the mound and picking up three hits, including a home run. Haley Beckstrom was 2-for-4. Auburn’s Makenzie Blakely 4-for-4 day included a pair of home runs.
Newport 3, Bellevue 0
Kat Wood and Kayla Reynolds combined on a two-hitter, striking out eight, and Bridget Raftery doubled in a run for the Knights.
Skyline 8, Interlake 5
Erika Wolfe went 3-for-4 and Winter Rodgeway drove in two runs for the Spartans. Erin Scott had two RBI for Interlake.
Nathan Hale 17, Franklin 4 (5 innings)
Natalie Smith struck out seven in three innings and one of the Raiders’ top hitters, going 3-for-3 with a home run and double, three RBI and three runs scored. Heather Weaver-Lopez was 4-for-4 with a double, three RBI and tree runs.
Highline 16, Kennedy Catholic 6 (5 innings)
Brooke McElwain was 2-for-4 with a double and four RBI, while Micky Haury added two hits, two RBI and three runs scored. For Kennedy, Tasha Beal blasted a pair of triples, driving in two, and Angie Isernio added two singles.
