Tuesday’s high-school baseball highlights

Here is a look back at the high-school baseball action from Tuesday night:

Bi-District 2B Tournament

Seattle Lutheran 10, La Conner 0

Seattle Lutheran’s Keegan White struck out eight, throwing a five-inning, two hitter.

Nick Savas and Jordan Webb finished 2 for 4 with two RBI and a triple.

KingCo 3A Tournament

Liberty 7, Mercer Island 2

Liberty’s Ben Wessel allowed two runs on six hits and struck out six during the Patriots’ win over Mercer Island.

KingCo 4A Tournament

Inglemoor 7, Bothell 6

Curtis Bafus went 2 for 2 with a home run and Blake Wilson added a home run of his own to help keep Inglemoor’s season alive against the defending 4A champions.

Ballard 6, Newport 4

Frank Airey went 2 for 3 with a pair of doubles and three RBI, leading Bothell past Newport.

Northwest 3A District Tournament

Mountlake Terrace 8, Meadowdale 5

Meadowdale’s Riley Bykonen went 2 for 3 with an RBI and Tyler Ackerman also drove in a run, but it wasn’t enough against Mountlake Terrace.

Chris Hall went 3 for 4 for the Hawks.

Northwest 4A District Tournament

Snohomish 4, Marysville-Pilchuck 3

Russell Crippen went 2 for 4 with a double and two runs scored. He also picked up the save as Snohomish upset No. 8 Marysville-Pilchuck.

John Naff went 1 for 3 with a home run for the Tomahawks.

West Central 2A District Tournament

Interlake 8, Foster 1

Austin Strother went 3 for 4 with an RBI and three runs scored, while Ryan Tarinell finished 3 for 4 with a double, two RBI and a run scored to lead Interlake.

West Central/Southwest 3A Bi-District Tournament

Enumclaw 9, Camas 5

Tyler Hoffman finished with two RBI and scored once to lead Enumclaw.

Decatur 5, Capital 2

Decatur’s Brett Johnson stole three bases, tripled, drove in two run and scored twice in a win over Capital.

West Central/Southwest 4A Bi-District Tournament

Tahoma 8, Olympia 7

John Bodenhamer doubled twice and drove in four runs, lifting Tahoma past No. 4 Olympia.

Connor Cloyd finished 3 for 5 with two doubles and four runs scored.

Auburn Riverside 8, Evergreen 5

Justin Jacobs went 2 for 3 with a double, two RBI and a run scored in Auburn Riverside’s win over Evergreen.

Kentridge 4, Battle Ground 3

Kentridge’s Joe Wainhouse homered and drove in two, while Devin Riley doubled and drove in a run in a win over Battle Ground.

Beamer 6, Skyview (Vancouver) 0

Beamer booked its first trip to state by knocking off Skyview of Vancouver. Lawyer Braun went 4 for 4 with a triple, two doubles and a run scored, while Sam Kosbab finished 3 for 4 with two doubles and three RBI.

Kentwood 11, Gig Harbor 0

Taylor Jones allowed just two hits and struck out nine over five scoreless innings and Lucas Gately finished 3 for 3 with a double and two RBI in Kentwood’s win.
