Your chance to appear in a movie about high-school track

I wanted to pass along some information about an interesting opportunity to be in a movie this Sunday, Aug. 19, that will be shot in Renton.

The movie, “One Square Mile,” stars Kim Basinger and Richard Jenkins, who plays a reclusive high-school track coach who forms a bond with a young man from the wrong side of the tracks whose path out of poverty is to become an outstanding runner, according to the press release we received.
