The unofficial all-state football second team

In going through the process of selecting the all-state team, we had to make some difficult choices between two (and sometimes three or four) really good players. Because of that, I decided to come up with an unofficial all-state second team. It’s not part of our official all-state preseason team, but I thought it would be fun nonetheless.

Let the debate begin…

Offense:

QB – Sefo Liufau, Bellarmine Prep

RB – Davian Barlow, Mead

RB – Jake Gall, Cle-Elum

WR – Zach Vis, Lynden

WR – Victor Gamboa, Washington

TE – Cole Madison, Kennedy Catholic

OL – Dylan Lindsey, Bothell

OL – Austin Kanouse, South Kitsap

OL – McCartney McQuery, Bellarmine Prep

OL – Chris Coffin, Curtis

OL – Alex Emanuels, Mercer Island

Athlete – Kamana Adriano, Interlake

K – Roldan Alcobendas, Camas

Defense:

DL – Darien Freeman, Bellevue

DL – Titus Makasini, Inglemoor

DL – Langston Ward, Mead

LB – Caleb Newman, Lynden

LB – Alex Weber, Chiawana

LB – Jack Oman, O’Dea

LB – Jordan Hoorn, Marysville-Pilchuck

DB – Khalid Dawson, Graham-Kapowsin

DB – Michael Carlson, Bellevue

DB – D’Londo Tucker, Federal Way

DB – John Thompson, Bethel

Athlete – Treve’ Ensley, Union

P – Trent Cowan, Union
