A few Friday night football games to keep an eye on

There are plenty more games to watch, but here are a few games or story lines to follow tonight. Also, I’ll be live blogging from the Skyline-Bothell game tonight, so check back in for updates.

Lynden vs. King’s at 7 p.m. Lynden is favored to win 2A. King’s is favored to win 1A.

Mount Si vs. Kennedy Catholic at 8 p.m. Two teams with big expectations this year.

Garfield vs. Franklin at 7 p.m. One of the city’s best rivalries is back for the first time since 2009.

Woodinville vs. Lakes at 7 p.m. Woodinville lost a lot from a talented team last year, and

Lakes is back with a pretty loaded group.

Bellarmine Prep vs. Peninsula at 7 p.m. Prep is one of the state’s top teams while Peninsula should be tough.

Lakewood vs. Washington at 7 p.m. Lakewood is a top-10 team in 2A while Washington was up for consideration.

Shorewood vs. Cascade at 8 p.m. Cascade has lost 24 straight games. Can the Bruins end that streak tonight?
