Some high-school volleyball highlights from Tuesday

Here are some quick highlights from the high-school volleyball matches reported to The Times Tuesday:

Mount Si 3, Lake Washington 1

Lindsay Carr crushed a school-record 35 kills (and added 12 digs) for the Wildcats, ranked No. 1 in 3A. Lauren Smith added 36 assists and 12 digs. For LW, Jordan Roberts finished with 13 kills and Sydney Shepard handed out 22 assists.

Mercer Island 3, Juanita 0

Sarah Lindquist and Jemma Yeadon paced the No. 3 Islanders with 8 kills apiece, with Carly Wilson logging 16 assists. Sarah Brennan had 9 kills for Juanita.

Liberty 3, Sammamish 0

Kristy Braunstan logged 13 assists for the Pats.

Interlake 3, Bellevue 0

Carolyn Fordyce had 8 kills and 20 digs to lead the way. Bellevue’s Julia Pettere piled up 28 digs.

Mountlake Terrace 3, Edmonds-Woodway 2

Madison Eich led Terrace with 13 kills, while Julia Hutchinson had 21 for E-W, which also got 41 assists from Casey Hynes.

Lake Stevens 3, Stanwood 0

Christiana James collected 5 blocks for the Vikings, while Stanwood got 10 kills from Rebecca Hardenbrook.

Meadowdale 3, Lynnwood 0

Carly Reece put together 10 kills, 11 digs and 4 aces for the Mavs. Adel Barnes paired 6 kills with 10 digs for Lynnwood.

Amber Hagar was big at the net with 10 blocks, while Monroe was sparked by Melina Seabrook (12 kills, 14 digs) and D.D. Latimore (24 asissts).

Riley Fawcett came up with 7 kills and 8 aces to lead the Lancers.

Aba Monka sparked the Bulldogs with 11 kills and they got 22 assists and 4 aces from Naomy Hernandez.

A balanced Evergreen effort was led by Mailey Faletogo (8 kills, 4 blocks, 10 digs, 3 aces) and Cicilia Vu (26 assists).

Enumclaw 3, Kentlake 1

The Hornets relied on Barbie Becker (13 kills) and Hannah Morris (23 assists). Kentlake’s top performers were Sean Taylor (9 kills, 5 blocks) and Victoria Boyko (9 kills, 4 blocks).

Fife 3, Franklin Pierce 0

The Trojans are ranked No. 10 in 2A, but no details reported.

Sumner 3, Orting 0

Karissa Brown (11 kills) and Brittany Smith (22 assists) stood out for the Spartans, while Orting got 5 blocks from Katrina Riggs.

White River 2, Steilacoom 2

Mary Marshall led the Hornets with 11 kills, while Steilacoom was paced by Megan Shenck (16 assists, 3 aces).

Abby Evans had 8 kills and 5 aces for the Pats.

Ali Villagran logged 21 assists to lead the Knights, ranked No. 3 in 1A.
