Cross Country: Rankings through Week 8

Week 8 rankings for cross country are in, and Glacier Peak girls still rule 3A while Interlake girls are still right on their heals.

We’re entering the heart of the cross country season this week too as teams will square off in district championships this week. KingCo 3A and the Metro League teams will compete at Lower Woodland Park on Thursday. WesCo and SPSL teams will go at it on Saturday.

Heading into these meets, here are the teams in the Seattle area featured in the top 10 in 4A and 3A:

4A boys: Kamiak (7th)

4A girls: Redmond (6th), Snohomish (9th)

3A boys: Nathan Hale (3rd), Seattle Prep (4th), Bellevue (7th), Interlake (8th)

3A girls: Glacier Peak (1st), Interlake (2nd), Mercer Island (6th), Liberty (8th), Oak Harbor (10th)
