Jim Sutrick has resigned as head football coach at Foster at the end of his fourth season.
The Bulldogs finished 1-5 in the Seamount League, 2-7 overall.
In an e-mail statement sent to the other head football coaches in the league, as well as The Seattle Times, Sutrick said he resigned “Due to a lack of vision, leadership and support of athletics and activities from our Superintendant, School Board and Principal at the district level and Foster high school itself”.
He commended the coaches for the “amazing transformation” the league has made in terms of sportsmanship.
“I am proud to say I coached at Foster and in the Seamount league,” he wrote.
