Emmy Allen, an outside hitter for Jackson High School, is one of only 24 players named to the American Volleyball Coaches Association Under Armour Girls High School All-America first team.
Teammate Haley MacDonald, a setter, is an honorable mention.
They are the only Washington players on the list of 100 seniors chosen for first and second teams and honorable mention.
Allen and MacDonald were crucial to the Timberwolves’ success over the past three seasons as they won the Class 4A title in 2010, finished fourth last year and placed third this past weekend.
