Brittany McPhee repeats as Gatorade Player of the Year

Brittany McPhee, a junior at Mount Rainier High School, has been named the Gatorade Washington Girls Basketball Player of the Year for 2012-13, it was announced today.

It is the latest award for the highly decorated McPhee, who also earned the honor for 2011-12 and is a two-time all-state and Star Times selection as well. She recently led the Rams to a third-place finish at the 4A state tournament for the second year in a row.
